The service is completely automated and will perform daily (or any frequency you choose) backups without you or any other member of your staff having to lift a finger. You will be able to restore your data whenever you like using your chosen username and password.

Our Online Backup service is more secure than old-fashioned backup methods.

Data sent to and stored on our Online Backup servers is encrypted to the standards used with Internet backing. The same cannot be said for backups such as tape. Physical access to our Online Backups is highly restricted; how easy would it be for an unauthorised person to access your backups? Our Online Backups are stored on more than one server providing a minimum 2 node failure, which is again stronger than most old strategies where the previous night’s backup is held on just one tape.
