The USB Hard Disk(s) remain the property of Boxer Backup and are loaned to the customer to facilitate Emergency Restoration or Seed Backup. Following restoration or Seed Backup the USB Hard Disks shall be returned to Boxer Backup in the same condition as received. If Hard Disks are returned in a damaged condition then the customer will pay the cost of a replacement Hard Disk.
